The VivoBook 15 (M1502) delivers strong value with solid performance, a sturdy build, and thoughtful touches like the lay-flat hinge and a physical webcam shutter. The tradeoff is a dim, color-limited display (around 250 nits and ~45% NTSC) and only middling battery life, so expect to stay closer to a charger. It is a smart buy if you care most about speed and price, and can compromise on screen quality and all-day unplugged use.
Best for students tackling notes and research, home and office tasks like browsing, Microsoft Office work, and video calls, plus budget-focused buyers who want strong specs without paying extra for a premium screen or all-day battery.
